There are several sponsorship options. You can add a CTA in the upper third center portion of the UI. You can add a sponsor logo in the upper left corner (which can also be used for your own branding.)
It is possible to leverage the background skin with sponsorship branding. Whether you choose to leverage the sponsorship functionality is up to you.
